Hello, I have a small team working on a survival horror game, and it's going pretty strong--on the technical code side. On the art side, we are pretty much lacking in this area. We need 3D character models for the game; as of the time of writing, we are merely using placeholders. This is a paid position, but I personally cannot offer much for the quality I am seeking. The budget is 500 per model--600 if I really stretch it. Currently, we are making a small test level to showcase the right people to acquire funding. We are not making the full game without the proper funds to pay everyone properly. After we finish the test level is when real negotiations can happen about how much said employee deserves.
